Resize / Optimize your Photos

The Photo Album will accept photos 600 pixels or less in size. They also must be less than 80K. To resize or to Optimize your photos to an acceptable size for the program use this feature.

1. This program will convert any size photo to 600 pixels wide or tall.
2. ONLY .jpg or .gif format photos will be accepted in this converter.
3. All photos converted will be returned in the .jpg format
4. Click the Browse button and find the photo you wish to convert in your computer.
5. Double Click or Select the photo, the location of the photo in your computer will show in the text slot to the left of the Browse button.
6. Click the Upload Photo Button.
7. Depending on your dial-up speed this could take a minute or several minutes. If the upload is taking too long and causing time-outs you should try to reduce it's size in your computer first.
8. When the conversion is complete you will see your new photo below.
9. Position your mouse over the photo and RIGHT Click, select Save As and Save the converted photo to your computer. You may wish to rename the photo, be sure the extension is .jpg, some Microsoft glitches will show .jpe, just change it to .jpg.
10. That's it.
11. Now you can go to the Photo Album and use the converted photo in your file.
