2014 Muskoka Bassmasters Pike Tournament

The 2014 Muskoka Bassmasters Pike tournament is being held on May 17th. This is the opening weekend for pike in our region. The last time we held the tournament on the opener 92 teams fished our event.

Please note that we have had discussions with Tom Brinklow and the organizing group for the TopFifty Huntsville pike Tournament and they have moved their Top Fifty event to the Sunday (May 18th). Both tournament organizers have agreed to work together to create a fabulous weekend of pike fishing in the Muskoka region. One of our plans is to create a Muskoka Bragging rights trophy which will go the team or individual with the best results from the weekend. Therefore a team or individual that has a 5th and a 2nd would have a total score of seven. If that's the lowest overall total they would win an additional cash prize. Teams or individuals have to enter this side purse to qualify. The cost will be $20.00 for the side purse and both our organization and Tom's group are looking at throwing a little cash into the side purse to increase the prize.


We will begin accepting registrations on Jan 15th. If you want to secure your boat takeoff number based on last years finish we will need to receive your entry by Jan 31st. On Feb 1st all received registrations will secure boat takeoff order based on the date received.

The event as always will be held in Gravenhurst with the on the water Boston Pizza being the host for our event.

We will be making announcement throughout the winter concerning new sponsors and as always our amazing payback. This tournament has paid back greater than 100% cash for as long as I can remember.

Our website is in the process of having the dates updated on the entry form. If you send us the entry form that has the incorrect date we we will make the correction at our end.
