BM Performance Paybacks?

i`m new to bassmania, and just wondering what the performance paybacks are? A bonus program for different motors (hp) on top of the payback?

Correct. The top finishing team in each horsepower category wins the designated prize.
For example, if you're fishing the Casey Cup with a 100 hp powered boat and finish out of the money but, you have the highest placing of all the BM100 designated boats you can still win two grand (based on field size of course).
