Craig I voted Glouc/six.Great fisheries.Second choice would be Couch/sparrow.Great bass producing lakes, and nice change up lakes.
Muskoka and Joe would be a great challange thats for sure.
Great poll.
the 07 classic is going to be just two days
Not from what Andy was saying today Thomas.
I think it should be held in the "western" zone seeing as it has been east for a couple of years.
its back to being a three day, must have been a lot of moans
I definately think it should go back to a Western Series Lake - It has been in the east for the last two years - "nuf already!"
I voted Lake of Bays - have never fished it in my life but I hear it is tremendous for both largies and smallies. Great neutral body of water that majorityy of us have not fished yet so it would be fair for eastern and western series anglers'.
Wil
Yes let's bring it to the Western side for a couple and then mix it up!
Spike
Wil, you make perfect sense.
We would love GPool/GPool/6mile, but for the sake of fairness, Lake of Bays is a great choice.
Marina & Morgan
I think that this years classic, ( Rice, Rice, Seymour) was awsome. Andy and Vita put on an excellent show. I know it's a little repettitive, but how about adding that to the pole and see where it goes??LOL
Lake Muskoka
Regards
Cesare
lake of bays ! big fish in that body of water !!!! :*
After speaking with Andy last week I get the feeling he's leaning towards a western lake.
Gloucester, gloucester, six mile sounds great almost everyone has fished them and it's a new body of water for the classice needs to be in the west.
what about Gloucester, six mile , gloucester?
B
I heard that the classic is onley held on navigatable waters and Six Mile is not one.
Same as any other tournament Thomas,...never heard of that rule.
well i guess ill be the first to say it i hope it is held on sturgeon/scugog
Hey Craig,
Whats concidered a Western Lake?
Dan
thomas
andy does six mile everyear in his western series great body of water. I am not sure but I think Baptist/elephant was the same. not trying to start anything just my 2 cents
Brian
I do all the tournies ,but remember the directors judgement is final or is it . I am so confused. lol
Lake of Bays would be interesting I'm hoping the OBF go there.
Garnet
I like the way Mr Palmer is thinking

This is really a great way to help decide the Classic to get the anglers input on the event.
Thanks for the nod Randy. Can I get a second hand to motion Rice, Rice, Seymour on the survey please?
I think a Mukoka, Sparrow, Kashe classic would be pretty fun. Three days, three lakes...now there is a Classic
Gloucester and Six mile sounds great! Both are fantastic lakes to fish. Hope it gets the nod.
Your crazy PLOT!!!!
See a doctor..ahaha :D
A couple of those combinations sound like a lot of fun (Gloucester/Six Mile & Muskoka/Joe). I must agree with many of the other replies that it would be nice for the Classic to move back to the Western side for at least 1 year.
What options are available for a Classic on water that is less pressured throughout the year, because it would be fair to all sides if the classic was on water that didn't already have a tournament. Sparrow wasn't fished this year and what about Georgian Bay. I've heard rumours that they might be putting the limit back up to 6 fish, making it possible to host tournaments.
Cheers,
jaymac did the doc tell you what you got yet ? you might have givin it to me, you stinking lake trout !!!:O sill going with lake of bays ! sorry palmer !!
Don't worry Billy, it's ok, I understand.....Rice is for men. lol?LOL
Couch, Couch, Sparrow !!!!
Couch,Simcoe,Couch:?:?:?:?
Looks like it's gonna be Quinte....That's ok by me! Maybe 2 days of Quinte and one day of the Trent River? hhhmmmmm:?
Quinte is an unreal fishery, but its about time for another Western Classic. Anything involving Couch, Simcoe, Sparrow, Gloucester, Six Mile or Muskoka is good by me !! But Cooch, Cooch, Sparrow is the best bet!!
Throwin my hat in here....fished the last two classics and its apparent that the local anglers who qualify will always do ok the first couple days.
How about Nippissing. Not too far away, but far enough that it doesnt receive all the tourny pressure. Its also a lake that we dont fish, making it just alittle harder (it is a classic remember).
lake of bays or muskoka, get away from the small bodies of water and those that have been done a million times before. Ya because we need another classic on Rice or tri lakes....
Guys, it's posted for next year, Lake of Bays it is.
lake of bays uh !:* can you say BIG BASS !!!
Well, well, well. That's very interesting news!!
That makes for a nice level playing field for the classic. HA HA HA HA HA HA..... ?fish
Now just gotta convince the wife about tourneys again.:O
