BPS Meeting tonight

For some reason I can’t seem to find the details on the meeting tonight for the BPS Simcoe Open, could someone please post them for me?

Mandatory: Unless prior notification is given, (see contacts below) at least one member per team will be required to attend Registration on Friday, October 23rd from 5:30 to 7pm at the Best Western Mariposa listed below. This year’s event will be based out of Couchiching Beach Park in the City of Orillia. Those team members unable to make Registration on Friday evening should make plans to be at the park for Registration beginning at 6am on Saturday, October 24th. Both team members are required to sign their own General Rules, Regulations & Liability. Without such documentation on file, you will forfeit your team position and eligibility; ultimately leading to disqualification.
