Quinte Fishing Series 2015 Season Changes and "Double Up" event

On behalf of the Quinte Fishing Series (QFS) committee we hope everyone is having a great,safe ice fishing season. While folks sit on buckets ice fishing the committee has been busy finalizing details for the upcoming 2015 series.

Changes for the 2015 season
[*]The elimination of the "175hp and Under" class.
[*]A new "Bonus Draw" Each Team/Angler that participates in all 6 events including the classic will be entered into a draw. The Draw will be done at the 2015 Classic. The prize for the draw will be free entries for the complete 2016 season including the Classic (Double Up event excluded)
[*]A NEW "DOUBLE UP" EVENT. This event will be held on September 26-27th, George St- Belleville- Largemouth & Smallmouth (Open event , membership is not required)
Entry $600.00 and includes "Big Fish" prize of $3000.00 each day -First Place $15,000.00 (All prizes based on full field of 75 teams). All Quinte Fishing Series Rules Apply. This event will not count as a drop or will any points be awarded towards the regular season events. It is a one off event. The Stratos "Double your Winnings" for eligible boats will apply to a maximum of $10,000.00. If you are the original owner of a 2013-2016 Stratos boat and win this event (based on a full field) 15,000 for the win + 10,000. from "Stratos Double Your Winnings" for a total of $25,000.00

JULY 26th - GEORGE ST, BELLEVILLE - LARGEMOUTH & SMALLMOUTH
AUGUST 22nd/23rd - GEORGE ST, BELLEVILLE - LARGEMOUTH & SMALLMOUTH
SEPTEMBER 12th/13th - PETER THOMPSON MEMORIAL CLASSIC, GEORGE ST - BELLEVILLE - LARGEMOUTH ONLY
