2015 Mitchell's Bay Open Registraion Reminder
Attachment 1285The warm weather is finally here and the boats are out in abundance in the Bay!
Your tournament committee is hard at work preparing for the 2015 Big Event and we need your help!
We need you to please register your team now so that we can plan for a well organized and exciting 2nd Annual Mitchell's Bay Open Bass Tournament.
Remember that 100% of the registration fee is given out in the payout and that Lake St. Clair is the place to be on August 14th & 15th, 2015.
Tournament Highlights for 2015
- Register online at www.mitchellsbayopen.com, the website will accept payments through Paypal for Credit Cards or you can choose to send a cheque.
- Entry Form downloads are available at www.mitchellsbayopen.com as well if you prefer to fill out a paper form instead.
- Entry Form are also available at the Mitchell’s Bay Marine Park office.
- Mitchell’s Bay Marine Park will once again sponsor the $1000.00 BIG FISH COMPETITION.
- 2015 Mitchell’s Bay Open Early Bird draw was sponsored by St. Croix Fishing Rods, Okuma Reels and Travelodge. One lucky team has won a prize worth more than the $500.00 registration fee, winner to be announced at the registration meeting.
- Travelodge Chatham has come onboard with special rates for tournament anglers, starting at 85.99 & taxes. See the Tournament Accommodations page for details.
- Again for the 2015 tournament the payouts are 100%!
- Marine Park Marina is again offering a special 5 day launch pass for tournament boats. See the Registration form for details.
- Teams that placed 1st, 2nd and 3rd in the 2014 Mitchell’s Bay Open Bass Tournament were be offered Team Numbers 1, 2 and 3 for 2015 if they registered before the Early Bird date. After that team numbers will be set by registration order, numbers are assigned at the registration meeting.
- Your 2015 team number is your start position for BOTH days! Register early to get a low number.
- The TBBA has a tournament scheduled on Sunday Aug 9 at Mitchell’s Bay. Great practice opportunity!
- Don't forget to check out the Silent Auction items at the registration meeting.
- Keeping up the tradition our registration meeting features a professionally catered Pig Roast for all tournament anglers. You don't want to miss this!
