Results from Quinte Fishing Series - August 7th tournament.

* The tournament was won by Corbyville anglers, Chris Sherman and Dave Henderson with 19.51 lbs. They took home $2,200.00 plus prizes.
* Second spot went to Angler and Hunter T.V. host, Rick Morgan and partner Brian Robinson with 18.24 lbs. and they received $1, 600.00.
* Terry Langstaff and Brian Hadley took third with 17.88 lbs. and $1,000.00
* The Lawrence brothers, Tom and Steve, claimed fourth place with 17.86 lbs. and got $700.00.
* Fifth went to Mike Miller and Kelly Bartlett receiving $450.00 for their weight of 17.77 lbs.
* Mike and Mary Nabulsi from Bass Magnet Lures took sixth with 16.96 lbs and received $150.00.
* The Q.F.S./Minnow Shack "115 H.P. and Under" award went to Art McConnell and Blair Smith with 16.94 lbs. and they got $150.00.
* The H2Optix by Bolle` "Big Fish" prize went to Brian Tipping and partner Pete McInroy with a largemouth of 5.98 lbs. They received the big fish pool money of $960.00 plus two pairs of H2Optix sunglasses and trophy.

** The tournament ran out of Quinte West (Trenton) with 48 teams and our next event will again be in Trenton on August 28th. Originally this tournament was scheduled for Deseronto (the 28th) but the site and launch in Deseronto is being used for boats races so we have changed the location.
