Just trying to demonstrate the many facits to this from someones whos been there.
About the co-op thing... You might have sponsor whom can only come to the table with product for...
You cannot run anything at 100% payback.
Some things you might need..
-Scales/ tents/ tables/etc
-Insurance, as others mentioned
-Stationaries for rules, weigh-in slips, payout envelopes etc....
