    BM100 2008 Sneak Preview

    BM100's:

    Sparrow - July 1
    Seymour - July 27
    Lower Buckhorn - August 4
    Cameron - August 23
    Canal - August 24

(Best 4 out of 5 to qualify for Classic)

The above sneak preview is a guideline subject to change upon availability of the lakes/parks for registrations purposes for the upcoming season.

Your overall final standings in your division will be your start position for 2008. To secure your start position for the 2008 season, a 15% deposit is required within 14 days after your last qualifying event (August 6). After 16 days, all team start positions will be moved forward and the fields will open to new anglers. A 25% deposit is required for new anglers registering for these qualifying events.

The BM100 entry fee will increase to match the Bassmania one day series ($250 per event) with the same payouts and allowing 25 teams to compete at the 2008 Bassmania Classic XII with no BM100 restrictions.

Please note, the Wildcard Division has been re-established as the Bassmania Eastern Tour and the Eastern Tour has been re-named as the Central Tour.

For further information please contact the Competitive Sport Fishing League at 905-640-2277 or bassmania@on.aibn.com

$250 per event. Holy crap! I thought this was supposed to be an entry level event.

I can see your point chuck but for guys like myself that can't afford a big rig and have the ability to run miles down lakes, its nice to be able to fish for the big bucks, they put on a great show and i was happy to be part of it this yr, my partner and myself are looking forward to next yr.

Can you still use a wildcard or bassmania event as an event to help you qualify.

This year I could only fish 3 BM100 but I also fished a wildcard that was used in my total points for standings for my fourth event.

I talked to Andy last week and you can't use a wildcard for the100's. The 16th and 23rd
are correct for the last two tourneys on Cameron and Canal.
