The Aurora Bassmasters are pleased to announce that Mustang Survival has once again thrown its support behind the exciting partnership between their club and Bass Pro Shops Canada, Inc. for the Bass Pro Shops Lake Simcoe Open slated for Saturday, October 25th 2008 out of Sibbald Point Provincial Park.

“On behalf of Mustang, we are very proud to again lend our support to this exciting event; this tournament is the perfect fit for us. And, it’s the right time of year to get people in the safety-first frame of mind.” said Rick Cassels, Manager – Sales Programs, Mustang Survival. “In partnership with the Aurora Bassmasters and Bass Pro Shops, we are pleased to extend both an angler and spectator participation bonus. Mustang is committing two sets of Classic Survival Suits, four in total, two of which will be awarded to a participating Team and the others will be awarded to two lucky spectators at the end of the official weigh-in!” Cassels went on to say, “In addition to our product contribution, we have also committed to increasing the payout, which will surely lend to the success and overall stature of the event into the future.”

Herb Quan president of the Aurora Bassmasters added that, “On behalf of the entire Aurora Bassmaster chapter I’d like to thank Rick Cassels and Mustang Survival for their respective commitment. This will lend to the overall success of the BPS Lake Simcoe Open and will ensure its growth on into the future.”
