Why are people so concerned with payout structure? :?
Is this actually a deciding factor as to weather or not you will compete in a specific tournament or series? :O

Yup! Payout, entry, #boats is always the things I look at. Then there's the other part of it and that's if the tournament is being held to support some type of a cause. If this is the case then I think it is important to look past the above 3 items. That being said the b1 last year had a very decent payout structure and I expect the same this year.Originally posted by Jeff English

For those of you who are interested in registering but are new to the procedure, here's a quick guide to registering for the 2010 Berkley B1.
Berkley B1 registration process:
Step 1 - Download registration form from www.berkleyb1.com (Available Feb. 6th @ 6:00 a.m.)
Step 2 - Complete electronic registration form
Step 3 - Validate all information prior to submission
Step 4 - Save document to your computer desktop
Step 5 - Create email addressed to "registration@berkleyb1.com"
Step 6 - Attach registration document (previously saved to your desktop) to the email
Step 7 - Await receipt confirmation e-mail from registration@berkleyb1.com
Step 8 - Log on to www.BigFatBass.com in the Berkley B1 section to view the confirmed teams list which will be updated live as it is compiled.
**NB Should your team not appear on the list within a 24 hour period, please contact us immediately at info@berkleyb1.com
Just a friendly reminder, registration for the Berkley B1 starts this Saturday at 6am sharp. The official registration form will only be available for download from www.BerkleyB1.com at that time.
