Garmin makes offer to buy Raymarine!

Looks like Garmin is finally going to right the Raymarine ship! Garmin is a great company and will be a force to be reckoned with on the big water very soon!

I like the Garmin units but from what I've been able to find their charts don't cover some of the areas that we fish.

The new Inland Lake chip from Garmin covers 600 plus lakes in the province. They also have a new G2 chip that covers all the major systems and lakes in Ontario in really nice detail.

Garmin has come on strong lately and their best is yet to come! They cater more to boaters than anglers...so it will not really affect the bass fishing or angling community whatsoever.
