    Awesome Tournament...

Was a rather unassuming looking bait the "WarMouth" that Dean credited for his site-fishing success and several of his bigger fish days 1,2, and 3. Interstingly, he was fishing it similarly to any other soft-plastic on an EWG hook and pegged using the new "ProPegs" from Eco Pro Tungsten. The bait's profile when rigged actually presents it horizontally and flat on it's side rather than a more natural "fish-looking" posture. Pretty interesting looking presentation...

Thanks Eugene - in that photo you can see how well the ProPegs hold Dean's tungsten weight in place even after landing that fish....

It really is a weird looking little hunk of plastic; it's a slab, sunfish type of bosie with a seemingly thin squiggly looking forked tail - something that I'd likely walk walk past on the store wall but what do I know anyways... Clearly, it goes to show you that you can't always judge a bait's effectiveness very well off the water...
The colour options look pretty cool, I'm a big fan of "daimond dust" and several of the patterns have iut cooked into them...
