Hey Jeff: Interested in trying Top Bass in 2013. Is membership required or are they open Tournaments.

no membership you can fish as many you want.

Randy, as Joe says, no membership.
The TOP BASS Fishing Series is an open series.

The only commitment you need to make is that if you wish to compete in the classic at the end of the series, you will be requiered to compete in a minimum number of qualifying tournements. Last year that was 4 tournament days.

Those dates were released prior to Ted's knowledg of the bass opening date change made by the MNR.

I had posted the new dates in another post. Here is that post.

New **Modified** TOP BASS Fishing Series Qualifier Schedule for the 2013 fishing season.

Now that the Ontario Fishing Regulations have been released and the Zone 17 opening day has been changed to The Third Saturday In June, The TOP BASS Fishing Series has decided to make a couple of changes to allow our anglers a little longer tournament season.

Sun Jul 7 Lake Scugog**

Sat Jul 20 Rice Lake

Sun Jul 21 Rice Lake

Sun Jul 28 Balsam Lake

Sat Aug 17 Tri-Lakes

Sun Aug 18 Tri-Lakes

Sun Aug 25 Lake Seymour

Sat & Sun Sept 7 & 8 Rice Lake (Classic)



Other than the Classic on Rice Lake (Sept 7&8), these are all single day events.
