Hotels for the Kingston open

It may be early but where is the best place to stay to be close I'm a non boater if that maters and where is the blast off and weigh in

The non-boater meeting place is Portsmouth Olympic Harbour Park a few miles from Downtown.

The blast off and weigh-ins are right downtown Kingston at the waterfront right in front of the Confederation Hotel.

You could try Queens University Residence cheaper than a Motel /Hotel .Not sure how far from the Launch it is .

Just got a reply from Queens and it's not worth the stay and the end of the day once you pay for parking at 14 per day plus you don't have anything in the room no bathroom no fridge nothing.....

Lot of boaters used Seven Oakes Motel, 613-546- 3655, They are decent rooms, good parking. Green Acres Inn, 613- 546-1796, Both are on Princess St (Hwy 2) Travelodge Hotel , has hotel and motel rooms 613- 546-4233
If you want some cheaper ones let me know but don't recommend them
