What will it take to win the BPS Simcoe Open

It feels more like summer than Simcoe Open years gone by. There is a lot of big bass being caught over the last couple of weeks.

What will be the winning weight this year? Is it going to be one of those years that largemouth will play a roll?

Smallies will dominate and it will take high 26's.

    My guess will be 26.78lbs

Um, yup 5 fish will do it, but 5 EXTREMELY BIG fish will win.

It is supposed to get cold at night next week and if the wind comes up a little and the sun hides I think we will see some big weights. Someone will find the herd and break 30 pounds.

Anywhere from 0-35 pounds to win I don't think anyone cares about guessing it will be exactly what it needs to be to win and not an ounce less

This year maybe interesting. The weights in the Casey cup where very big this year if those same fish decide to play the weights will be massive with the fall stomachs. But those fish become very tight lipped in the fall for me at leased lol.

I say 29.11 John. Guessing is fun for me.

Heck. I will even go as far as to say the winners will be 2 guys from our club!

I kinda like guessing too, lets say 28 .9 with a big fish of 8.2!

St. Kits certainly has a couple of guys that can do it. Then one of those guys and I will try on Erie.
