    Power Pole Micro Anchor question

I have a 16ft Lund WC-DLX with a 25hp Merc Fourstroke, just wondering if the new Micro Anchor would be a suitable alternative to one of the regular Power Poles, or a Talon?
any help/advice would be greatly appreciated

    thanks!

    Hi Brandon

The Micro is designed for boats under 1500lbs so my guess is you could get away with it. You may want to consider going up to the Sportsmans Series which is only going to be a couple of hundred more and a I have couple left in stock.

thanks Lawren,I do have an aftermarket power trim kit installed on my boat, would that have to be uninstalled to sandwich the bracket for the powerpole between it and the transom? how thick is that bracket?

The Sportsmans with the pump is 27.35 lbs and just the weight of the Pole is 19lbs. The Micro is 10lbs with transom clamp and 7.5lbs without the clamp.

The bracket is about 3/4" thick I would say. I'd have to see some pics of the transom to determine if you'd need to remove that. I highly doubt it, but you never know.
