1) Boat check at the end of the day for each event.
2) Use full equipment for each event (Walleye) live release boat.
3) Raise paybacks from 55% to a least 70% for qualifying event.
4) Attempt to raise overall paybacks with the help of Sponsorship in the off-season.

Better organization of the weigh-in procedure. It's always a bit of a free-for-all getting bags, not to mention the long line-ups at the scales. Perhaps something along the lines of the CFT where groups are called up in turn.....?

Hey Joe
Is it possible we can get some of these earlier suggestions addressed from the organizer?
1) Better organization of the weigh-in procedure.
2) Boat number check (time) at the end of the day for each event.
2) Use full equipment for each event (Walleye) live release boat.
3) Raise paybacks from 55% to a least 70% for qualifying event.
4) Attempt to raise overall paybacks with the help of Sponsorship in the off-season.
5) Top three per event get medals/ available at event.
6) Go to a points system for qualifying and TOTY.

Jay,
Ted will not post on the site.
For the majoraty of your sugestions, it's best that you contact Ted.
As for your #3, I can tell you that he will have a live release boat at the sites.
On the #6 (this is my opinion) he should live the way that is now.
I will call Ted and ask if he whats to comment.

Thanks Joe for your responce to #3.
I do think though that it is important to have interaction between us anglers and the organizers (like group meetings/discussions). That way the organizer and anglers can better mold a series that can benefit both parties. If the organizer is not willing to participate directly, hopefully through a representative we can still achieve the above. A one on one does not address the decisions of the majority, and in turn decisions could possible be made not based on the majority. We have already seen use (group suggestions/questions) of this on this site, not just from us angler’s interaction, but so to from series organizers (i.e.- is a win a win/keep my eye on the eyes). There may be decisions made based on other outside influences to which we could be made aware of or interacted with quickly through boards like this. The old saying two heads are better than one.

Or in the case here, several hundred heads.......
It is unfortunet that a few of the tournament series owners are reluctant to use this site to interact with their anglers, I believe the ones that do use it have found the benifits far out wiegh the occasional problem, and even then the problems are more quickly addressed and solved when the interaction is a 2 way street!!
All series owners have been invited to use the site, it's too bad that some continue not to be involved, maybe it's time for them to get up to speed with their anglers and into this century.........
