From what I understand, the B1 will also be a televised event. For $500.00 per team to fish for 20K....I like the format. The entree fee makes it available to the masses....not all can afford a $1000.00 to fish tournies....me for 1 hehehe!

Just went to another board called Fish hawk or something like that,

Wow what a bunch of Weirdos, finaly the goverment gives us a break, helps out the B1 by extending the prefish period and their out there bashing the goverment Berkley and us, are they nuts. No wonder we can never get are say, tree hugers stick together as one group fishing and hunting guys bash each other, I mean this is embarrassing.

What are they thinking, if a couple of goverment or ministry people read their comments, we will never get a break from them again.

It's worth going over there for a quick read to get a bit angry!!

Hi Frank, Thanks, I picked one up one my way back from Florida yesterday. Too darn cold to come home this early, I should have stayed and fished some more. Looks like Philip and I are going to go fishing together in the B1. Should be fun.

I have never fished these waters and was woundering, do you have to lock through to get to lac Deux Montagnes from lac St. Louis??

You can lock in St. Anne de Bellvue if you want, or you can run the channel on the west side of Ile Perrot.

Everyone does the channel, it can be tight, and you definitly want to stay in it!?LOL

Thanks Charles. The tourny sounds like your getting a good deal for your buck and you only have to put up half the entry fee to hold your spot and pay the rest at the door. Sounds good to me , if I can get the time off im in.

Now at 80 teams registered! Group #2 starting position draw has been closed since March 31st. Starting positions #79 and on are now on a first come, first serve basis.

Also, we'll be up at the Carp show on Sunday. Looking forward to shaking hands and meeting with anybody who may be there.
