Hey Don,
As above, the Platinum Plus MSD64X+ (one lake ) $210 (the X means any lake)
The MSD-901P+ at $275 may be a better solution for most (Lake Ontario, Lake Erie, Lake Huron, Trent-Severn, Rideau, St. Lawrence to Mtl)
I had to double check to make sure it wasn't a trick question!

Hey Jack silly question,
I currently have a gold series card, it is a couple of years old, ummmm it's more like 4yrs old
is there a need to get a new card, is there updated details since my card was issued :?

Pino,
The capitalistic me says YES...update it. The good guy inside me says..."its a flip of the coin". There are some updates done on the charts every year... mostly to do with movements of navigational aids, corrections, etc. A 2 year old card..I wouldn't upgrade myself... A 4 year old card..I probably would.
If you are by the shop sometime, bring your card in. We can put it side by side with a current card in units and take a quick look and make a comparison. Let the cards speak for themselves.
Jack
