    A big thanks to Lawren

    Had an issue with my unit where it kept switching between the sign on screen and the agreement waiver....sent Lawren a u2u...he immediately diagnosed the issue, provided easy to follow directions on how to correct it and without having to take the unit in, we were able to fix it and it's up and running perfectly.


    Thanks Lawren, you sure know your stuff!
