The CSFL would like to remind Classic Qualifiers, Balsam Lake and all lakes/rivers that lead into Balsam Lake without the use of locking are deemed off limits i.e. Mitchell Lake, a half hour after sunset from Sunday, August 26 until a half hour before sunrise on Saturday, September 1, 2018
