Smoked fresh free range turkey a medley of Cajun, Creole and Canadian innovative recipe, pork and beans, corn on the cob, potato salad, dinner roll, topped off with cake and melon dessert.

The free range turkey supplied by Greg Hammond and Trudy Jo Chernuck, cooked at the Fiery Grill in Dorset, only 30 minutes from Haliburton and will be served by our very own Vito 'Weekend at Bernie's' Telesca aka "The Classic Cook".
